2025 SAUVIGNON BLANC

After 15 years of winemaking, this is my inaugural white wine. Crafted at the petition of my mother, Erin, this wine bears her spirit in name and style: "Érin  go Blánc!"

With notes of honeysuckle, pear, pineapple, and passionfruit this Sauvignon Blanc is destined to quench and refresh your palate like bottled sunshine!

CLONES: No.1 & Musque

APPELATION: Saint Helena, Napa Valley

VINEYARD: Helena's Crown Vineyard

ELEVATION: 225ft

FERMENTATION: 50% Stainless Steel, 50% New French Oak

AGING: 11 months (3 months in Oak, 8 months in small Stainless Steel Barrels)
