2020 THE ORGANIST

Vibrant garnet in hue, this red blend leaps from the glass with lively, bright red fruits and exotic spices.  On the palate, it is approachable, yet expansive and balanced.  The entry displays ripe blueberries, plum, tart cherry, wild blackberries, and sweet cassis, all cradled by etherial and brambly spices. The finish exhibits a kaleidoscope of intense fruits and spices that explode like fireworks. Anticipated maturity: 2023–2033.

2019 CABERNET SAUVIGNON

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is both commanding and enchanting from the moment it leaves the bottle. In the glass, the aromatics are lively with notes of cherry, fig, boysenberry, baking spices, and a brambly charisma.  The palate opens to abundant purity of fruit with black currant, marionberry, and heaps of crème de cassis leading the show. The structure is polished and expansive, displaying great intensity that blooms to reveal the conspicuously chiseled and sweet tannins associated with mountain grown fruit. The finish radiates from the front to the back of the palate with a kaleidoscope of juicy and ripe fruits, delicate spices, and a satiating texture that encompasses it all. Drinkable upon release, this wine will benefit from a light decanting and should be served at 60 degrees. Anticipated maturity: 2023–2033.
